Thai Chicken Basil
Stir-fried chicken in brown sauce with basil leaves, red and green bell peppers.   

Teriyaki Chicken
Cooked with our very own teriyaki sauce.   

Adobo (Chicken or Pork)
A famous dish with your choice of meat cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, onions, garlic and bay leaf.   

Pinakbet
Mixture of green beans, eggplant, squash, okra and tomatoes sauteed in shrimp paste with shrimps and pork.

Seafood Mixed
Includes shrimps, mussels, crabs, imitation crab meat cooked in coconut milk with green beans and carrots (spicy or mild).

Daing Na Bangus
Fried whole boneless milkfish marinated in garlic, salt and vinegar.   

Tilapia
Fried whole tilapia, served with vinegar sauce.   

Mackerel (please inquire if available)
Fried whole mackerel served with soy sauce.   

Crispy Pata
Deep-fried, seasoned pork hocks, served with vinegar sauce.   

Salt & Pepper Shrimp
Pan-fried shrimps with shells on, seasoned and lightly battered (spicy or mild).   

Lechon Kawali
Deep-fried seasoned pork belly served with liver sauce.   

Kalderetang Kambing
Goat meat sauteed with garlic, onions and vinegar and stewed in tomato sauce and liver spread.  Garnished with red and green bell peppers and olives.

Sinigang (Pork or shrimp)
Dish simmered in a sour tamarind broth with vegetables.

Note:  Entrees are served with steamed rice.
