Served on a hot skillet (may add egg on top as requested, $.50 cents more).
Squid Sisig
Sliced squid cooked in oyster sauce, sauteed in red peppers, green peppers and onions. Served on a hot skillet.
Tokwa’t Baboy
Seasoned and boiled pork belly and fried tofu cooked in vinegar, garlic, hot peppers, onions and soy sauce. Spicy and served hot.
